Show Notes

We often hear about the best new podcasts - but what about those that have been around for a while?

This week Amanda Litherland and Imriel Morgan recommend evergreen podcasts - shows which have been well established, but you might not have got around to listening to yet.

Firstly, some series which you can hear in their entirety: Bronzeville Capital Fight Night (iHeartRadio)

Edith Bowman tells Podcast Radio Hour about her movie music podcast Soundtracking, which boasts over 200 episodes. Each week she speaks to guests from the world of film about the emotion evoked by the score. She'll tell us how she's bagged interviews with Bruce Springsteen, Terence Blanchard and many more musical icons, but there's one composer in particular who has eluded her so far...

Other suggestions of great long running series include: The Comb (BBC World Service) Reply All (Gimlet) Scene On Radio - season 4 The Land That Never Has Been Yet The Anthill (The Conversation) Nancy (WNYC)
