「ダウンタウン」の松本人志（60）を原告とする訴状が東京地方裁判所から「週刊文春」編集部に送られてきたのは2月15日の午前11時のこと。
訴状で松本は「客観的証拠は存在しない」と言い、「一方的な供述」による「極めて杜撰な取材」と主張する。他方、専門家からは、性的行為の有無を巡る“不明瞭さ”や、金額の算定根拠への疑問も――。告発者A子さんは、3年半前に取材を受けてからの経緯を初めて明かし、証言台に立つ決意を語った。
