パワハラなどが告発された文書の不適切な取り扱い、県内企業などから贈答品を受け取った疑惑が報じられ、窮地に立たされている斎藤元彦兵庫県知事（46）。
当初斎藤氏は告発文書を「嘘八百」と歯牙にもかけない姿勢を示していたが、その裏で告発文書の内容に関して調査を行っていたことが「週刊文春」の入手した県の内部文書で明らかになった。
