茨城県で大井川和彦知事が就任してから、13人の職員が自死し、100人以上が心を病んで休職している問題。この異常事態を招いた理由として現役職員や県議から指摘されているのが、知事と県幹部たちによるパワハラだ。
知事の側近である飯塚博之副知事（62）のもとでは、副知事の秘書を務めていた元県職員の桜木拓也さん（仮名、享年41）が、昨年10月に自ら命を絶った。遺族が語ったこととはーー。
