一直以來，「買房」在中國被視為一項安全的投資。在過去20年裡，房地產也始終是中國經濟的主要驅動力。然而，中國排名前100的房地產建商的銷售額，在2022年上半年下降了50%；先前已買房的屋主也出現「停貸潮」，不想再為不能如期完工的房子繳房貸。今天，中國人民銀行大幅調降房貸利率盼救經濟，有望嗎？
