上個週末，石油輸出國家組織與伙伴產油國（OPEC+）再度在維也納舉行會議。而會後也傳出沙烏地阿拉伯宣布自7月起，每日將再減產100萬桶，瞬間拉抬油價。這已經過去8個月以來的第三度減產了。隨著時間演進，OPEC+間也透露愈來愈微妙的訊息。這次減產有何不同？
