美國聯準會（Fed）主席鮑爾（Jerome Powell）在上週宣布升息0.25個百分點後，3月21日在華盛頓舉行的全美企業經濟協會（NABE）上，展現更「鷹」的一面，表示如果需要，將在下次會議升息0.5個百分點。一席話把市場的目光再度引向聯準會的政策方向。但除了升息外，聯準會還有另一個重要的政策方向也可能造成市場動盪，值得注意：量化緊縮（quantititve tightening，亦簡稱縮表或QT）的政策進度。
