Alli founded Drybar, a salon that didn’t do cuts or color and only offered blowouts. From its first salon in Brentwood California, Drybar is now a multimillion-dollar business with a hundred locations throughout the US and Canada.
While you might be more familiar with Alli’s trailblazing success, that's only a fraction of what you'll hear in today's episode. On the show, Alli and I talk about her past insecurities as a businesswoman, dealing with imposter syndrome and how she overcame personal challenges to continue building her empire.
