Show Notes

Today’s episode shares the first(and only) interview I was able to record in person, right before the world was turned upside down by COVID-19. I look to today’s guest, Sadie Lincoln as a kindred spirit. Sadie is a Portland success story who co-founded barre3, a fitness company focused on teaching people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. In the months since we recorded this episode, Sadie has become a dear friend and trusted advisor.

In this episode, Sadie and I talked about a myriad of topics, from Sadie’s incredibly fascinating upbringing to mommy guilt and how people see and treat you differently once you’ve become a celebrated entrepreneur. We also talk about what steps Sadie took alongside her husband, who’s also her business partner, to become better leaders of their company.
