Jamie Kern Lima is a self-made entrepreneur, philanthropist, and is the author of the new book “Believe It: How to Go from Underestimated to Unstoppable”. Before co-founding IT Cosmetics, Jamie was a news anchor who personally experienced a persistent skin issue that eventually brought her on a journey of building her own beauty brand. IT Cosmetics, a company she started in her living room was sold to L’Oreal for $1.2 billion dollars. Jamie became the first female CEO in L’Oreal’s 100+ year history.
