Show Notes

Our next guest pretty much grew up under the very bright, often blinding lights, of Hollywood. Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt is the daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, and is the oldest of four siblings. Katherine carved out her own path and became a writer. She is a New York Times best-selling author , debuting her career with her first first book “Rock What You’ve Got,” a book that speaks to young women struggling with self esteem and body image issues.

In our wide-ranging conversation, Katherine shares everything, from highschool relationships to failed friendships and more recently, launching a new book at the cusp of the pandemic. She will also share with us how she’s learning the many facets and nuances of forgiveness, and why we should consider it a gift!
