  • he is annualizing and interacting with C.S. Lewis’ argument from reason
  • if we are nothing but matter in motion, then we have no basis for saying anything is true or not
  • everyone even materialists can’t believe their thoughts
  • this whole book is the work of a Christian philosopher, who is very careful and diligent 

Aladzon

  • means boaster
  • listed in Romans 1:30 and 2 Tim. 3:2
  • vainglory always seeks to puff itself up
  • let him who wants to boast, boast in the Lord
  • boasting of some sort is inescapable
  • giving glory to God is the heart of every sane response
