My client Zohreh struggled for a number of years without sustained success in losing weight. She also was dealing with health issues like high cholesterol and has a strong family history of diabetes and heart attacks. On top of that, she juggles a full-time job with long commutes.

 

Yet, Zohreh wanted to make a shift - a REAL one - in her weight and health. So she did. She reached out to me and we began working together.
