Chris Smaje is a homesteader, sometime commercial vegetable grower, writer and social scientist by background. He mostly writes about the intersections between ecology, agriculture, energy and politics. He has two recent books – ‘A Small Farm Future' (Chelsea Green, 2020) and 'Saying NO to a Farm-Free Future' (Chelsea Green, 2023).
