This is Co-Dependence in action: the clingy, Needy Repressive nature will manipulate it's way (most likely through guilt) in order to get Attention from the Reactive Nature who is claiming they don't need anyone (but very loud), seething when people leave them alone and lashing when they get the attention they say they don't want!
