Determination is a conscious groove made onto the fabric of reality: it begins with our attention honing on a specific and as energy builds, the will to take action follows. This process gradually (and at the beginning, painful and slow) shifts neuro-pathways in the brain—this is where the groove is solidified. Habits can't be destroyed, they can only be replaced.
