Have you ever wondered what a sense of entitlement costs you?
All of us feel a sense of entitlement sometimes. We feel we have a right to a better position at work, a bigger home, the best medical treatment, etc. because we believe we earned it. This simple yet flawed assumption is the cause of many of our shortcomings. We are only deserving of the rewards for which we put in the work.
Yet, this sense of entitlement could be eating away at a generation's capabilities though it began with a sense of caring!
