However, vulnerability can be an asset for leadership and can influence the organizational culture while prodding a team to innovate and thrive. It can influence courage and output.
Vulnerability can enhance better leadership. Both require risk-taking amidst uncertainty. Being vulnerable and leading despite uncertainty is bravery. And, the only way to be courageous is through vulnerable leadership.
