Highly decorated United States Army Veteran, Kelvin Ray Xuna, is a 2008 Harvard University with a Master in Housing and Urbanization. A proponent of Co-living Housing, he deems it as "the future of Multi-Family Housing." Until recently, Artist Housing, his first ever film and music community housing. was the largest official co-living provider in Los Angeles, the second largest city in the US, in the most sought-after area of the downtown (DTLA) and still the most affordable continuously for 10+ years.
