We always talk about the data that's needed to make the right choice when you're investing in property,

as property investors we want to see great infrastructure spend, good LGA population forecasting and low vacancy rates.

Something we never want to see as property investors are high vacancy rates. If you know anyone desperately trying to get into a rental these areas might be worth checking out, but if you're about to buy an investment property you'd want to look very closely at these areas before you do.
