About Kate-
"I'm a recovering perfectionist, striving minimalist, glass half full-er, and life-time learner.
I'm married to my high school sweetheart, Nick. We fell in love as 15 and 16 year olds and haven't looked back since. I'm pretty sure we've both morphed into entirely different people (a few times over!) in the 20+ years we've been together, but we've managed to do it together! We have three kids-Austin (7), Adri (5), and Arlo (3). They are simultaneously the light of our lives and the ones that run us ragged. They are my daily muses, fueling my photography passions and always helping me to see and appreciate the beauty in the ordinary.
When I'm not smiling to myself as I edit your family's images, you'll find me:
•Counting down the minutes until the kid's bedtime (just keeping it real!)
•Netflix binging the latest dark drama series. All time favorites include The Handmaid's Tale, The Ozarks, Breaking Bad, and Money Heist.
•Spending time with my kiddos in our southwest Minneapolis neighborhood of Kingfield.
•Scarfing take out Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, or Ethiopian from our favorite local restaurants."
