
Postgame 3/27: Samuel Morin saved the season
The Flyers won a game 2-1 which is shocking in itself, but the fact that Samuel Morin scored the game-winner, the first goal of his career, late in the third period after Nolan Patrick tied the game with a second period power play goal is just... wow. What a freaking day. Plenty of questions remain, but for one day we can be happy with a solid defensive effort, some attitudinal play, and a pair of much-maligned first round draft picks coming up big when the season was on the brink of disaster.
