With a background in science and industrial microbiology, he has built and led high-performing cross-functional teams through complex product launches across multiple therapeutic areas, including rare disease and competitive markets. Currently, Martin is Chief of Staff and Head of Commercial Excellence at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
