NFL owners voted to expand the Rooney Rule to promote minority hiring, but it listened to Tony Dungy and stopped short of giving teams higher draft picks. Florio, Simms and Peter King break down what these changes mean for the league's coaching landscape.
Also part of the changes was teams no longer being able to block assistant coaches from interviewing for other jobs, which the guys think is long overdue.
