Juliana Peres Magalhães was working as an Au Pair for Christine and Brendan Banfield, who lived in the suburbs of Washington, DC. In February 2023, she was taking their 4-year-old daughter to the National Zoo when she realized she forgot their pre-packed lunches in the fridge.
