Pennsylvania’s largest water company could save millions annually with improved monitoring and material management, according to a recent analysis. The state Public Utility Commission’s audit of the Pennsylvania-American Water Company, which serves about 2.4 million people across 37 counties, gave more than 30 recommendations for operations, monitoring and management of the company.
