Dean C. is a breathwork facilitator and life coach and the owner of Transcend Healing And Breathwork LLC. He’s a New Jersey native who got sober in Laguna Beach California. The foundation of his recovery is based in AA and the 12 step Process, however he uses several modalities in his recovery process for spiritual growth, such as, Breathwork, Reiki, yoga, Sound Baths, and meditation. He feels that this work has enhanced his spiritual growth as well as his recovery program. He helps others both in and out recovery achieve a better life and navigate a path to better and richer spiritual life.
