This is the second part in a three-part series on advocacy developed by Dr. Katie Boone, Dr. Laura Betcherman and Dr. Amelia Kellar, pediatric residents at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children. This episode will address how to better understand the various levels of government and how to design your advocacy project. More specifically, it will discuss how to develop a strategy to implement your project through stakeholder analysis, power mapping, and goal setting.
