**1. Introduction - In this competitive job market, one soft skill that will set you apart from your competitors is PASSION.

Assisting 27 of my clients with doubling their salaries over the past 5 years, they were able to passionately articulate what they wanted, could see toxic jobs a mile away and confidently ask for what they wanted to fit the lifestyle they desired.  They aren’t working harder, in fact they work 50% less because they aren’t doing 20 good things trying to feel successful, they are doing 2-3 right things.

In today’s episode, I’m going to provide you proven strategies for manifesting your dream job.

To Better Understand Manifestation

• The Law of Attraction works whether or not you know….
• Many times you focus on what you don’t want instead of what you do want.

1. Set Clear Intentions

What does your dream life look like? That’s the equation to solve for.  Many times people think the dream  job will give them the dream life, but that’s putting the cart before the horse.

Define your dream life and how you want to feel everyday and then attract the job opportunities to give you what you clearly defined.

2. Redefine What Success Means to You Today

Old way is based on societal expectations, if you had certain things you’d be happy. Now you have what you imagined in your 20s but you’re using the old data and that’s why success may not feel like success How do you want to FEEL in your life is the equation to solve for. 

3. Be Specific on What You Desire

• Are you more clear on what you want instead of what you don’t want. Instead of saying I don’t want to work in a toxic job, say I want to be respected for my value. Instead of I don’t want to go into the office, say I want a flexible work schedule or 100% remote
• Write the Vision and Make it Plain (Chipotle Menu)

4. Look For Opportunities that Align With What You Clearly Defined In Interviews you’ll be passionate because it’s what you want. While others are just looking for a job, your passion will be attractive to hiring managers.
