Jeffrey Gundlach puts it in simple terms. What we are experiencing is not economic growth, it is just simply spending. We sent our manufacturing to Asia because everything was an expensive. Those days of cheap products are quickly coming to an end. Inventories are out of sync with history. Rents are going up sharply in the months ahead.
