In this episode we have an opportunity to speak with Dr. Jen Santos about navigating the highs and lows of parenting. Dr. Jen teaches a course for the ICPA titled, "Navigating the Highs and Lows of the Perinatal Family Practice." In the spirit of her course, and as an honor to her experience as a parent and mother, we will talk about the highs and lows of what it's like to parent in addition to some of their parenting core family values.
