Hour 1: The border controversy explodes onto the cover of Time Magazine, with the President photo-shopped to look down on a viral photo of a migrant child crying at the border, supposedly ripped from her mother's arms. The problem? The story behind the photo is totally false. And as parents know, children cry. Are these photos persuasive at all? Callers point out that both sides have an interest in the status quo, and the parents sending these children to the border have most of the blame. Can the media be trusted? They want your trust, but have they earned it? And although they tell the truth some of the time, when we catch them lying, does that hurt us all? Hour 2: The NFL suspends Jameis Winston for allegedly grabbing female Uber driver's crotch. Multiple game suspension over a report that found nothing other than he didn't report the incident fast enough for the NFL... but this is a symptom of a bigger issue.
