2 Corinthians 4:1, 16 – “Therefore, since God in his mercy has given us this new way, we never give up… That is why we never give up.”
In today’s Daily Devotions, Pastor Sumrall reminds us that as believers, we are not quitters. Just as Paul declared, “we never give up,” there are four powerful reasons we can hold on and keep going. In the hard times, God reveals His power through our weakness. We continue because we have faith in Him. Our spirits are renewed daily as we spend time with Jesus. And finally, we keep our eyes not on temporary troubles, but on the eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
If you’re tempted to quit, be encouraged: God is with you, He is strengthening you, and He will finish the good work He began in your life. Don’t quit!
