Today's Scripture: In Luke 20:34–38,

Jesus teaches that marriage is for this life only, and in the age to come, those who are raised from the dead will be like the angels—never dying again and living as children of God. He reminds us that God is not the God of the dead but of the living, for to Him all are alive. This truth contradicts the Sadducees’ belief in annihilation and affirms that we are immortal—created with a beginning, but no end. Death is not the end, but the beginning of eternity. One day, we will be reunited with those who have gone before us in Christ. For believers, death is not a loss but a glorious entrance into everlasting life.
