How would you like to pay little to no taxes because you're an owner of real estate? Since 1997, the increasing number of property owners have cut their current income taxes by using something called cost segregation. Alan Goldstein, founder of Emunah Cost Segregation, explains that with cost segregation, an owner of real estate can accelerate their depreciation and thereby reduce their federal income taxes for years.
