Today's question comes from John, and he's asking a question about when should he sell his rental property and buy somewhere else? I have a few rentals that I own, and I am wondering if I should sell them as a 1031 exchange and buy somewhere else where my return on cash is better and will appreciate better. How do I determine if you should sell and move on to another area or state?
