After his active duty tour, he obtained an M.B.A. from Harvard and worked for several financial companies before founding Talos Company, which focuses on acquiring and expanding high-potential businesses. Austin shares how overcoming a family tragedy shaped his outlook on life and propelled him to achieve success.
