In this episode, we dive deep into the  dance between intuition and fear and how to tell which one is guiding you.

I unpack the difference between the two energies: how intuition feels calm, clear, and grounded, while fear feels noisy, urgent, and protective. We explore why our brains are wired to listen to fear first, and how to quiet the noise so we can hear that softer, wiser inner voice that’s always been there.

I also share three personal stories…. moments when I chose fear over intuition, and others when I trusted my gut and everything shifted. My hope is that through these stories, you’ll start to recognise your own patterns and learn how to move with more trust, alignment, and confidence in your everyday decisions.

If you’ve ever asked yourself, “Is this my intuition or just anxiety?” this one’s for you. 💫
