The permutation of Hashem’s Name for the month of Adar is ההיו (Heh, Heh, Yud, Vav), derived from the final letters of the words עִירֹ֔ה וְלַשֹּׂרֵקָ֖ה בְּנִ֣י אֲתֹנ֑וֹ
(Bereishit 49:11).
