My guest today is Brian Swan. He is a principal broker and attorney with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Most agents know him through Stringham Real Estate School where he was the President for several years. Through his experience in sales, brokering, education, and law, his experience lends him an expertise in the industry that few, if any, have. He now operates his own brokerage, V Real Estate Agency where he focuses on training and coaching his agents to think like lawyers, perform like business owners, and rise to a higher level in their real estate practice.
