We explore the power of plunging into things - as Vicky says: "If we don't do some kind of plunging we stop doing anything". Vicky's the co-author (with Kaye Adams) of Still Hot! 42 Brilliantly Honest Menopause Stories, which I contributed to. She's also a journalist, who works for The Herald and has written for many other papers and magazines. She's particularly passionate about two areas, gender and bodies, and also the climate and biodiversity crises.
