We discuss the importance of understanding the developmental continuum our children are on as they learn social and emotional intelligence, as well as activities to help them develop in these areas. Rachael introduces her MIND framework, which stands for Mindfulness, Inquiry, Non-Judgmental, Decide as tools and skills to develop as we tackle the bigger skill of parenting.
