To help guide us, we've invited our friend Andy Love to the conversation. Andy is the founder and managing partner of Aspect Investors, which works with aspiring entrepreneurs to acquire smaller companies and help them to grow. He also is an advisor and board member to community- and faith-based organizations. But, most importantly (and most qualifying) of all, he is a father of seven children. Andy has learned a lot over his years of fatherhood, and graciously shares that wisdom with us today.
