Transitions can be hard but there are things we can do to support the transitions. We can prep our children, not only by telling them what’s going on, but also by sharing what to possibly expect in terms of schedule changes, stress, and the many different feelings that may come up. Listen in as Charisse provides some tips in how you can provide your Littles with safety in knowing that even feelings of confusion are ok and that we as parents are here to support them.
