Dave talks about his childhood trauma and the feeling of not being safe in the world. He explains how abuse made him hypervigilant – then reveals his process for making the trauma work for him. He talks about his time in the entertainment industry and how it led him to create Pansophical Podcast in Yosemite, California, then he details the trauma-triggering events that led to him packing it all up and heading to Europe.
