Il rapporto fra Emmanuel e Antonia, che hanno un figlio in comune, prosegue in qualche modo, su binari anomali ma non spiacevoli. I due hanno trovato una specie di equilibrio, legati come sono da un profondo affetto che prescinde dal precedente innamoramento, e così si godono insieme la vigilia di Natale... o almeno ci provano!
