Your guidance is not upon others; Allah guides whom He wills. Whatever good you spend is for yourselves, seeking Allah's approval. Charity is for the dedicated poor, who don't beg but are recognised by their characteristics. Those who spend for Allah, in public or secret, will be rewarded by their Lord, free from fear or grief.
