In this lesson of Sūrah Hūd verses 88–95, Shaykh Dr. Aḥsan Ḥanīf explains the final warnings of Prophet Shuʿayb (ʿalayhi as-salām) to his people. He pleads with them to consider his sincerity, his desire for reform, and his dependence on Allah alone. He warns them not to follow the path of previous destroyed nations like those of Nūḥ, Hūd, Ṣāliḥ, and Lūṭ. Despite his compassion and warnings, they mock him and threaten him with violence. The lesson concludes with the arrival of Allah’s command, the salvation of Shuʿayb and his followers, and the utter destruction of the wrongdoers of Madyan — leaving behind no trace of their past prosperity.
