Show Notes

Today I had the opportunity to I had the chance to speak with Patricia Morgan about anxiety and trauma. Anxiety and trauma are often closely linked. Indeed, traumatic experiences can lead to the development of anxiety disorders, and individuals who have anxiety disorders may be more susceptible to trauma. This is such an important topic because anxiety and trauma not only affect our mental and physical health, but they can also limit our success in relationships, and even day-to-day functioning.

It is essential to understand the anxiety and trauma and how to address them effectively. This is an important discussion because traumatic events are stored differently in the brain and therefore there are specific treatment considerations.

Tune in for an insightful and informative discussion on managing anxiety and trauma.
