As her professional journey continued, she recognized the limitations of traditional top-down leadership and became an advocate for a more collaborative, decentralized approach – a concept eloquently termed "Scenius" by Brian Eno, describing the collective genius that emerges from group collaboration.
Six years ago, Ann-Mari made a pivotal decision to forge her own path, transitioning from her role as a Marketing and Communications Director to becoming a dedicated coach and consultant.
